About 3 oz of foie, 2 oz of Medai, 2 oz of lamb, 2 oz of Ikejime Tai, 4 oz of corn risotto with truffle foam.
All for free.

BTW, Tyler Florence came into the restaurant for dinner tonight. I don't like many Food Network ppl, but I think he's pretty tolerable. Anyway, the woman that came in with him tonight was crazy hot. All the cooks were pressed up against the pass trying to catch a look at her.

made risotto last night. all based on good ingrediants:

syrian virgin olive oil
pine nuts
primo itialian risotto rice
a big heaping teaspoon of iranian safran
beef broth
irish butter
cream
white wine (this wasn't very good white wine, it was a small bottle that had been given us ffrom somebody
parmisian cheese

came out very nicely. I do a mean risotto

I make roast duck with mango salsa after hear my brother make joke of advertisement he see on television with caveman for some insurance business. Was so good!
