they do make 100% cotton Dickies, have had a pair. Getting them hemmed/tapered was the thing to do when we couldnt afford $$ gear, still like the look a lot. I think they're about $30 from the Dickies site, and then $15-20 will hem/taper. The rise is high on Dickies, as a FYI

i like the idea of that,

a 55 dollar pair of sharp chinos/slacks isn't horrible for us working class kids.

I've been waiting a month for a forum affiliate to send an order and have gotten the runaround any time I've asked for an update. Moreover, I've had to initiate each series of messages. I know forum affiliates have fewer bodies to handle customer service, but it seems pretty shoddy. Is it that difficult to send an unsolicited email and say, "Here's an update"?

Sometimes it's best to call them.

I live in Aus and call plenty of US stores.

I have a husky voice, FYI.

I randomly came across a small store hidden away in Pioneer Square that carries Rick Owens. I was sad that it was only women's stuff.

SF need's to hop off the 50's dick, what with the love of americana, mad men, mcqueen, and misogyny.
