The shoulders look a little small, making his shoulders look rounded as well. You can see puckering around the bottom button and the plackets don't hang together which either indicate the shirt is too small at the hem, or more likely that the bag is pulling it back. Meatwaarz, if you post a fit without a bag on it may look less tight, I notice the same thing on my own shirts when wearing a bag.
The color and the two buttons undone don't help matters either. They certainly can be pulled off but those details also add to the feminine effect, IMO. I have a similar build and there are definitely things I don't wear because I feel they make me look too feminine.

I don't think the color, bag, or undone buttons are a big deal.
-Its summer, me as well as plenty of other guys leave 2 buttons undone every day...
-blue is a really common color for everyone
First off- I don't think it's THAT feminine...
but, it is a little bit feminine. I think it's mostly b/c of your build combined with the shirt. Its not odd for untucked slim shirts to pull below the bottom button a little, but there's alot of of length left after the last button making the pulling more obvious, this combined with the slim fit at the middle amplifies this flairing out at the bottom and creates the illusion of you having girlish curves/hips.
