9. I love getting lost, only to keep running to find a familiar place emerges around the corner.

Haven't been running in a while, but I wanna pick it up again and go training for a semi marathon first (this fall) and a marathon somewhere next year.

Did 12.6 km in 1.07 hr and it felt awesome right after.

Now, my legs are sore...

Whew! 4 miles in 41 minutes, including a run over the mighty Columbia River. My right hip joint area is buggin me a bit, but it feels more like more a sore muscle than anything.

Long bike and run today just to see if I could still do it. 80mi bike, 18mi run. Held a steady 22mph on the bike and did the run at 9 minute mile pace (+/- 10 seconds). Still race worthy. Still pay worthy

A set of quick 50m block work before doing a slow-ass 100m. I'm exhausted and hadn't eaten in 18 hours.

I've been doing 6 to 7 miles a day with uphills of up to 3 miles in distance. I moved up to 8 miles yesterday and hopefully I'll be able to maintain that daily.

I've also noticed I can maintain 7 min per mile when in a running group without even feeling tired or out of breath, but it's very difficult when alone. Any tips on that?
