Ironing boxer shorts - am I alone on this one?

I cannot abide creases and turned-up hems when wearing boxers -- I find it very irritating under slim pants. Hence, I iron them. Am I a kook?

why dont you just buy boxer-briefs? boxers are too much bulk underneath slim pants, even if you spend the time to iron them flat.

You know what? I'm glad I'm not alone.

I like the 'new' feeling when they're ironed and also hate the way they bag up under trousers (pants).

But, yeah, I reckon we're still both kooks.

My thoughts exactly. Made the switch a few years ago and never looked back.

I still can't believe it took me this long to switch to boxer-briefs. The difference is astounding.

Boxer briefs are still tighty whities. Except the brown ones. Those are tighty brownies.

I've switched on and off between boxers and boxer-briefs for years. I've owned quality boxer-briefs, but never bought any quality boxers until recently. I have to say that for me, boxers win hands down in the comfort category. I will have to try ironing them. Sounds good. I never really thought about it before. Anyone here ever iron their sheets?

I don't know how you can wear boxers. Doesn't it bother you that your boys are just blowin' in the wind like that?

Under slim pants, boxer briefs bunch and ride too. So do trunk briefs.

When i finally went slim a couple years ago I switched back to briefs for the first time since elementary school.

sidenote...does anybody else (at least halfheartedly) match the color of their briefs/boxers with what they're wearing, even though nobody will see it?

no? just me?

Not only are all my boxers ironed but they usually match my shirts as they are often made by my shirt taylor with the same cloth.
