He has the most uncanny consistency in his pants. It's as if every pair was made to the exact same specifications, just in different colors and fabrics.

Bout the same as all my Chans. Actually, although my jacket designs yo-yo around, my pants have been pretty much the same since the second or third commission.

I actually really like Today's. The bottom half is very nice and the only thing I really have issue with is the looseness of the polo. Get one with tighter sleeves and perhaps three buttons, and it'd be better.

Still, a marked improvement - props.

thnx, and thnx for the tips, its reaaaaally dificul to find clothing that fit me :S

In Europe Dockers makes a range of slimmer trousers. I believe he was wearing Dockers D-Zero. In any case, he probably does have some tailored to meet his specs.

I had Jack Kerouac in mind when I ordered this, but it came out looking more like Ranger Rick

.

Keep as is, tailor, or return?

Here's what I was going for:

Don't feel bad, everything looks cooler and more authentic in old black and white photos.

I'd say you're more in Neal Cassady territory actually.
