I have belt loops, side tab and side buttoning trousers from them.
On the same pants? That's stylish.

More is moar. On my next pair, I am going to add suspender buttons to the mix - on the outside.
Viewing cloth online is useless. Wait till you get there, touch the stuff, smell it, rub it on your skin. Then order what you like.
I can't recall all the books Ambrosi carries. It is not as extensive as the selection the Savil Row tailors travel with, but it should be more than adequate for your needs. Everyone is different, but I rarely have a specific cloth in mind. rather, I have a "need" and ask the tailor for help. Ambrosi and Solito know what they carry and they are good at suggesting things you would not have considered, though you will have to know yourself and your taste well enough to decide when to ignore them and when to take a suggestion.

They are coming this week!
Does anyone know what an appropriate welcoming gift would be? A Statue of Liberty? Some bagels? I want to make a good impression.

I'll be there this Friday, can't wait to get started on my first bespoke suit.
How good is your Italian?
