You're only 6 SF meetups out of phase! You'll catch up in time.

Alright all, here are the final tallies

B Bar: 12: audiophilia & wife, binge, bmulford, Chips, emptym, HORNS, iammatt, pkincy & wife, pocketsquareguy, StylenotFashion.

LuLu: 12: audiophilia & wife, binge, bmulford, Chips, emptym, hipinion, HORNS, iammatt, pkincy & wife, pocketsquareguy

It looks like StylenotFashion will join us for a cocktail or two at B Bar, but will depart, then we pick up hipinion for dinner at LuLu.

I'll call and confirm the reservations at both tomorrow. If anyone else wants to join in and isn't listed above, please shoot me a PM ASAP. It will be easy to accommodate a few unannounced visitors a B Bar, but likely not for dinner at LuLu.

Now that we are here in Northern California, I was very seriously thinking of bringing my family and spending the weekend in town sightseeing and joining you all for drinks and dinner. However, upon realizing that this will be the same weekend as the Pride Festival we are going to pass.

Nothing against the event, just afraid it will cause major traffic congestion and impact our ability to sightsee.

I will try to make it to the next "SF in SF Meetup" now that I am in Sacramento.

Looks like a good group. I look forward to seeing the summer faire amongst the members.

I love LuLu. Good food and fun spot. We made the mistake of taking my wife's rather elderly uncle there for dinner on a Saturday night, and he couldn't hear a word that we said the entire time.

^If anyone's on the fence, pls do come. The more the merrier. And it's not as intimidating as it may seem. Everyone's very friendly.

Matt and i were pm-ing about San Francisco. When traveling the past few weeks, people asked me how I liked my first year in San Francisco. I said I enjoyed it, but the city's really grungy and dreary, and almost overrun w/ hipsters. They asked me about the famous beauty and romance of the city. I told Matt I'm now in search of that. He said (prob. w/ some hyperbole) that it's slowly disappeared over the last several years. True or no? If so, how do we get it back? -- Discussion topic for Sat? Come prepared.

If you do, we can discuss your (screen)namesake. I need to get back into him.

Interesting topic. I look forward to catching up with you on Saturday.

It will be up into the mid-90's out here in the East Bay, so coming over to the city and enjoying God's air conditioning will be refreshing.

Personally, I can't wait to visit SFO for the first time. I've heard nothing but raves about the city. And I'm very much looking forward to meeting all of you.

Special thanks to binge for organizing.

Cheers, a
