Not minding the weird shape of the upper half- The shirt is a terrible choice on top of your jeans, vest, and blazer. It looks confusing and there's no real excuse for wearing it. The vest clearly shouldn't be worn with that blazer, it lines up exactly with the gorge so you just get a sloppy look instead of a layered one, as if the weather is too cold and you're putting on more just to keep warm.
