I have now polished my specs twice. Twinge of buyer's remorse. What a pain **********.

Buyer's remorse? Nonsense, they're amazing! They come in a close second behind the LL G&G specs, and only because I'm partial to Adelaides. While they may be a pain ********** to polish (I haven't gotten around to doing mine), I doubt you'll wear them often enough to require the same upkeep as any of your other shoes.

Manton, their shape is gorgeous. The LL Adelaide Spectator pales in comparison and only the Cleverleys on Bown's bespoke even comes near them http://www.bownsbespoke.com/georgecleverleytt.html

Summer is just around the corner with an endless amount of opportunities to enjoy them...only then will the buyer's remorse fade into the distance

AFAIK there's no official Barker model name for it. They are made for CT and this pair didn't make it to CT and has been sold as a Barker second due to some black streaks on the inside of the shoes.

Best, H
