Do you mean "Third?" cuz I think it's easily one of last years best records. They hold up so much better then Massive Attack et al IMHO.

Yup, that's what I was talking about. I listened to a sample of Machine Gun and was not thrilled. I'll go listen to some more clips.

Btw, that is heresy concerning MA. Mezzanine is a good now, as it was 10 years ago! Angel makes it into all my chill type playlists.

Machine Gun is one of the standout tracks! Of course, they're all standout. keep in mind this allmusic review snippet:

It demands attention, requiring effort on the part of the listener, as this defies any conventions on what constitutes art pop apart from one key tenet, one that is often attempted yet rarely achieved: it offers music that is genuinely, startlingly original.

I think that's overhyping it a bit, but point being, it's not the kind of album that everyone will enjoy.
