Carcillo should never have gotten into that fight. You don't give the other guys an emotional boost when they're deflated. You give them nothing. It's not all his fault they lost the series by a mile (their 2 best players were playing hurt). But I'd bet if he hadn't done that, they would at least have gotten a game 7.
Canucks!!!! Definately scary when they blew that 3 goal lead in the third. Will have to have a better 60 minute effort Saturday.
Carcillo is a punk. I don't know why the Flyers got him at the deadline since they already had penalty trouble, and they definitely knew what kind of player he was.
Ask the Pens why they came back in that game and they'll tell you what it was that got them fired up... it was Talbot. Immediately after the fight the CBC colour guy for the series said, why would Carcillo want to give them anything to rally around? Seconds later, they scored. After the period, Crosby in interview said that was what they used to motivate themselves. And you could tell that something was going to change momentum-wise watching the Pens' bench after he picked himself up. Carcillo should never have gotten into that fight. went to a few rangers games. i think the fans turned me off more.
Yea, I watched that game last night in Seoul. It was a great game. But I still think that Chicago is going to pull it out in 6 games.
Let's see Saturday.
****, just cannot get into hockey. am trying.
Curious into the reason why as well. As a Canadian, I could never wrap my head around why Americans don't 'get' hockey. It's like wondering how anybody could not like bacon.
Certain rivalries are scripted, as are the playoffs.
