That list is from 2004. Perhaps there have been some changes in the industry since then.

It's bad research. Most of the names on that list are RTW/MTM brands sold in New York City.

EDIT: I was wrong. Less than half are RTW/MTM. Still, they've left out a lot of high-priced makers, which is a dubious distinction anyway.
