Agreed but I think they need to be a resident of the U.S. to be eligible.
Doesn't he currently reside outside of the U.S.? Maybe I'm wrong?

I am amazed by Socal. He is supposedly gay and supposedly working in a fashion industry and yet he would put literally anything on , regardless of whether it suits his posture, built or complexion. He dresses like a 6 years old drunken on cough syrup.
