Agreed but I think they need to be a resident of the U.S. to be eligible.
Doesn't he currently reside outside of the U.S.? Maybe I'm wrong?

I am amazed by Socal. He is supposedly gay and supposedly working in a fashion industry and yet he would put literally anything on , regardless of whether it suits his posture, built or complexion. He dresses like a 6 years old drunken on cough syrup.

I'd think to get selected, you need clear, professional-looking pics showcasing both streetwear and some flattering suits. Something taken with an SLR and limited depth of field for selective focus. If one of the guys here actually went through that trouble I'm sure they would get picked.
