17, Arlington.

Where I live just north of Wrigleyville got an 89. Where I go to school, right off the river between Ohio & Chicago streets, got a 98--- Walker's Paradise.

88 for the Annex in Toronto. Neighbourhood I'm moving to shortly is rated 93. Thank god, as I don't own a car.

I'm in Arlington but not near Ballston or Clarendon. I'm sure it's far greater there.
