Anybody watch this "one man show" yet? I caught it last night on HBO. Didn't realize it was 1h30m long, but it was great. Will Ferrell does a great job.

I have not and will likely not. For me, there are two negatives. First, and less significant, I find Ferrell almost unwatchable in everything he does. Second, the Bush presidency was too painful and too recent to evoke any humor for me. It is odd, because I am a big fan or gallows humor and political snarkery, but the limit was crossed over the last eight years.

However, others I know who have seen it on Broadway thought it was good.

I caught it on saturday night and I really liked it. Usually with Will Farrell I can take it or leave it. I liked Old School but wasn't a big fan of Anchorman {although it has slightly grown on me after seeing it a few more times at friends' homes}. I wasn't sure going into it if I'd like it but it was pretty funny.

Thanks. I live a whole bunch, but need to parse out the leisure time with some amount of discretion. Given a choice, will pass. The only thing worse would be if Laura Bush were played by J. Garafalo.
