The balance of the dial looks off to me. 44mm is generously sized. The hands are too small and the sub-dials are bunched too closely in the middle. IMO, the 7750 looks best in a 40-42mm chronograph. It's not a bad watch, just a little busy for my taste.

FWIW, I also know of an authorized dealer that can probably get that piece for 50% off with warranty if you are interested.

I love Hamiltons, but I agree with the above comments. This one has too much going on. Check out the khaki auto chrono, that is a very nice looking watch.

I bought this watch off the B&S forum a few weeks ago (EDIT: I actually got the khaki action chrono, which is half price of the khaki automatic chrono....my bad). It is pretty nice, but the watch is small (35mm), especially for a chrono. However my wrist is somewhat small so it doesn't look too off. Also I took off the leather band which was somewhat thick and replaced it with ribbon bands in order to give more proportion to the watch. It is a great value.

I agree with the others that Hamiltons are great but best in other styles.

Whoa, i don't like that hamilton watch in the original link at all. Busy, bulky, and it looks cheap to me. But then I prefer vintage hamiltons, anyway....
