Corner Pocket
The Bulletproof Pocket SquareSacrifices must be made.

In trying times like these, we're forced to take a long hard look in the mirror and determine what's truly essential.

And if that means not buying a new pocket square and a new bulletproof vest today, well, then that's just another soul-crushing choice you're going to have to make.

Unless...

Introducing The Damned, a new bulletproof pocket square available now from the paranoid sartorialists at Sruli Recht.

Think of The Damned as a devilishly handsome security blanket perfectly suited for our violent times. It's the kind of garment Q would have cooked up in James Bond's Roger Moore phase. The square itself is made from military-grade ballistic-strength Aramid Fibre"”which means it can stop a bullet point blank when folded over 5 times. (And as a bonus it comes in a dreamy shade of yellow.)

Because even if you're not embroiled in a heated lover's quarrel, you're bound to have a run-in with a fallen financier at some point in the near future.

And you'll be ready for both his tears and his rage.

All Charles Alexander ties are bulletproof*

*may or may not be an accurate statement, Charles Alexander, Inc cannot endorse or deny this statement. If you or any family member get shot while wearing a Charles Alexander tie, go to the emergency room and seek medical attention immediately. If a doctor cannot be found, any crazy doorman with a pocket knife will do (as long as he is wearing kiton). We are not saying that they will stop bullets but one time this guy wearing one of our ties got shot and he survived. You not gonna let him show you up, are you, punk?

That sounds totally useless. Still maybe if they are coming at you with a gun-disguised-as-a-pen or equally wacky weapon it might suffice.
I know someone that writes for urban daddy, they seem to pretty much just write about gimmicky or tacky stuff.

All their stuff is weird, but kinda interesting:

http://www.srulirecht.com/index.php/order.html

If you scroll to the bottom there is an index of sorts with a simple explanation of what everything is. I think the fold they demo for The Damned PS is pretty interesting and will have to give it a go and see how it looks.

They've got some interesting stuff.

I like this: http://www.srulirecht.com/index.php/...ster-2008.html

Each umbrella is produced to individual order in France and sent insured from Iceland. There is approximately a two week lead time from order to shipping. The handle of the Umbuster is not removable from the Umbrella tube. This is required for the non-product to avoid classification as a weapon. Although the Umbuster is not technically a weapon, to ensure avoiding import complications please check your international laws before purchase. The regulations and control differ between countries and we regret we cannot provide refunds for returned or confiscated orders
