My birthday is in less than two weeks and my wife asked what I wanted. Aside from unrealistic things like a Glaser bag, I can't think of much that isn't clothing that can be purchased easily by her (i.e. in a store and not on the B&S forum, eBay, etc.) Any style/fashion items in that price range that aren't niche pieces (i.e. something I can actually use daily/weekly) Any ideas?

I saw some bitchin' Dries scarves at MAC recently. Don't know how much, but around that, I think.

I tried "getting into" pens, and just couldn't do it. I lose too many pens and just end up using whatever's around.

people in my life are never good at buying me clothing items. they usually don't fit or are not what I want.

I'd usually ask for cologne or other things like shoe trees, shoe polishing materials, hangars. it's boring, but I'd appreciate that stuff more than clothes I won't wear.

Also, I know he gets a lot of flack around these parts, but the Tom Ford cologne is AWESOME.

Hmm, interesting. I don't wear tie often though, and never tried a tie bar to see if I like it.

Not in my size, sadly.

She gave me a fantastic Gucci wallet a few years ago that is still looking new. And here in the Bay Area, it doesn't rain much.

I feel like an ass.
