The number one rule here is do not piss off or annoy J. Learn it. This is not a democracy. The rules may not be fair, but they are clear. Follow the rule and you can stay. Break it, and go somewhere else.
you know, I have two favorite J-modding stories. One is the already told Shooman-button. That was just genius. The other illustrates Slim's point pretty well.
Back in the day when Lazarillo (precursor to Vaclav) was running all over the board causing regular frustration and occasional hilarity (The Kite) there were a lot of guys including myself saying 'ban him, kill it, kill it'. J is a pretty chill character at the best of times, let it go, whatever...etc etc.
Then one day Lazarillo dared to venture into J's thrifting thread with one of his remarks. Gone within seconds with the line 'you should have stayed out of my thread...no kite will save you now, fool'.
There is probably a lesson in there for the newbs
