for an everyday watch, it's a good choice and they hold up well. i prefer nooka for a cheapy watch, but they are solid and a solid company.

ive had a couple of nixons, never had a problem with any of them. you may want to rethink the black bracelt it will probably scratch or chip off some of the black im not really sure about that. that watch i huge in person

I never had anything $ 400.00 that Barney's sold when I was 19.

what is another watch that looks like that one, but maybe a bit smaller? I can't seem to find one and I don't know much about watches

I think the above guy who thinks it's 'huge' is probably thinking of the 51-30, since the 42-20 is a newer model most haven't seen yet. I have a Nixon, and it's held up great, needs a new battery though. If you get one, post pics!

Personally I think the "all black" thing is a fad, but the Nixon is much cheaper than a lot of other all black watches, and is still a quality piece.

they also sell ~$100 watches at Zumiez and other mall stores.
