Kind of random for this thread, but check out this place they're building on High...

Click on "The Building" then look at the 5 pics, very cool for Columbus.

Bad location near housing projects on 5th...... If it was deeper in the Short it would be a nice place, it'll still be nice-- but it'll be interesting to see what happens to the area between South Campus Gateway and the Short...

It's really a shame there are a few blocks of junk between downtown and campus.

No way! Short North/Italian Village is the best neighborhood in town In between campus and Short is a handful of blocks that are pretty crappy.

Yeah, that's not downtown that's just a sorta bad neighborhood. There's a couple neighborhoods between 5th and downtown; Italian Village, Victorian Village, Short North, part of the Park St. / Arena district

Vic Village is awesome.

The Ibiza buildings should look nice, though I don't know about the location. Everytime I ride past it, I think "Is this gonna work?"

It's suburban Columbus, so it's boring. Also:
On January 12, 2006, a restaurant called Michael's Pizza "served the first legal beer at an Uptown Westerville establishment since the 1879 end of the Whiskey Wars."
What a hellhole

North or South Westerville. I live in Westerville--Delaware county in Shellbark Ridge.

I'd be up for a meet up; I'm in Cincinnati as least once a month. I'm only in if it is "kept casual" (I def DON'T want to feel like that one street wear guy in the SF in Houston meet up).

If this meet up is going to happen; where will we meet at? May I suggest 'The Comet' in the Northside neighborhood? Zips? Slims?

I love Cincy!
