birkenstocks: yay or nay

with spring/summer coming up eventually just wondering whether or not birkenstocks were SF approved.

i have a pair of suede dark brown clogs and a pair of tan suede 2 strapped sandals that everyone has.

yay or nay?

I approve them. The brown alabamas (lace-ups) are about the only thing I wear these days.

I wear them at the pool and stuff. Sometimes they just work better than thong sandals.

I think they're classic enough to wear when it's hot outside. Boat shoes on the other hand...
