Nothing wrong with information.

& doing that day in and day out for an extended period of time isn't particularly healthy.

I think most people who obsess about their diet/physique/appearance in general have a touch of OCD. Some more than others of course.

yes, nearly 7 years ago. a local one. but most of my strongest lifts are strange exercise, like 1-arm overhead dbell extensions with 100lb bells and 85lb lateral raises.

lower back prevents me from going super heavy anymore.

on a separate note, my refeed (fucked up the last one and i'm feeling depleted) is sunday and i feel funny about eating all those carbs. anybody who's cycled carbs can confirm that all those pancakes and **** won;t ruin me?

how did you mess the last one up? It won't ruin anything man. Unless you're doing a palumbo diet (1 cheat/carb meal a week), of course. With the weights your moving around I don't think you'd have much luck with a single carb meal per week and would get more out of a day long refeed tbh.

The refeed's going to help kick your thyroid back into gear, replenish glycogen, you'll have fuller looking muscle bellies, etc. Keep fats reasonably low on the day though. Are you taking any supps or "supps" other than the basics right now?

edit: PM me if you don't want anything public.

I heard it referred to as 'orthorexic'. Very fitting.

You stated you weren't a fan of ON, but what brand of whey do you reccommend?

It's a personal bias like I said. Just haven't had much luck with ON and I don't like how it blends. In the great scheme of things, it's probably a 6 on a scale of 1-10. I'd put it just below BSN protein but far above six star or whatever the stuff is at walmart.

Isopure and proto-whey I'd rank as probably the best 2 protein readily available. talking about protein for post workout anyway.

If you like ON you can of course stick with it - a lot of people use it with great results and absolutely love it.

You are the first knowledgeable person I've seen say something bad about Optimum's products.
