Not up to SW&D standards, I'm sure, but I think a lot better looking than my previous jeans and I'm happy with where I've got.

Thanks for all the help guys. You've really helped!

Characteristic late, necessary commentary:
They'd look better, maybe up to Streetwear standards, if more tapered (lower leg) and not cuffed. Also, the cuffs probably don't go with the tee shirt (or dreaded visible undershirt) and cardigan combination.

I should rename the thread S&W Critiques of MC Denim. It has indeed become more helpful than I'd imagined.

Tapered isn't for everyone and I think cuffed can look great with a boot. There are plenty of great examples of both in SW&D. PS. Just a small warning about the cuff, in case you want to also want to wear them uncuffed, the fold from the cuff can become worn in and form a permanent line fairly quickly.

Are you printing out SF and then smoking it?

Cuffed straight leg denim can be the bomb:

Plus, if you mix in any Thom Browne with denim, cuff those suckers.

Just my luck to follow Vox...

(Cross post from WAYWN) I picked these up over the weekend from the outlets--I like the fit. What do you think? They're Gap, Low-Rise Straight Fit.

What would be a good length for non-stackers? I usually have mine done so that the rear is about the top of the heel of my shoes when I am standing. What do you think?

Generally, I think that works, L. I feel that a length that looks good varies a bit with how narrow the legs are.

Thank you. I have a second R&B hunt coat in black oilcloth...is that the one that you have?
