Combo #1: short sleeve button down shirt w/ a blazer

Combo #2: chambray shirt w/ denim (light chambray w/ dark raw denim, or dark chambray w/ lighter denim)

and
yes
IMO

but short sleeve oxfords are not my thing, and I tend to avoid them as they remind me of mormon missionaries.

short sleeve button-downs aren't always that bad. think short-sleeve Fred Perry, not geeky cutodd Brooks Bros. OCBS's.

and I think that lighter chambray+dark jeans work better than the opposite.

I realize the mention of short sleeve+suit jacket look might conjure images of dwight schrute (from the office) or something like that, but I have this unis shirt, except in SS

thought the pattern would look kinda dope w/ a number of blazers I have and some denims. and yea it's pretty slim fitting
