wut? They're fairly similar, down to where the vamp (the front leather piece) meets the quarter (the heel piece). Only differences are pebble-grain leather vs. smooth and that the Brandos don't look nearly "used and abused" off the rack.Originally Posted by whacked

I have the Owens in Maple and I love them. The quality and craftsmanship are superb and I think they're going to have a long life. Also, they do make them in black.

The non engineer brandos (lace up one whacked pictured) are one the black option to the far right of the color options in sz 10.5. It seems these 2 type of boots were mixed togeather due to similar name.
