Exactly, I tried looking everywhere I possibly could and couldnt find anything.. If you want this look, you'll have to fork up the cash.. which might not be that bad via all the sales going around..

wut? They're fairly similar, down to where the vamp (the front leather piece) meets the quarter (the heel piece). Only differences are pebble-grain leather vs. smooth and that the Brandos don't look nearly "used and abused" off the rack.

Speaking of boots, when will the Buttero work boots go on sale at Barneys? I need a pair of beater work boots and is seriously considering the Buttero brown suede boots.

these are the boots linked in the post i quoted. I don't know all the frye models just the one linked and they look hideous

The non engineer brandos (lace up one whacked pictured) are one the black option to the far right of the color options in sz 10.5. It seems these 2 type of boots were mixed togeather due to similar name.

I beat the **** out of my shoes so I get the feeling that my PS Ricards will end up looking W+H shoes by the end if the year.
