Speak for yourself. And there probably is nobody on Style Forum who couldn't genuinely afford to spend all of $40. It's deliberately priced to reach beyond "men with money."

Yeah, that's why we hang around answering questions for free.

There's some desire to help people. Maybe it takes a higher-than-average desire.

Oh come on, I've seen your cancelled checks to Dynamic Endeavors.

Your advice that men who own cats seem effeminate was priceless.

So are you a guy or a girl? For some reason I thought you were a guy, but other people think you're not.

Actually, if one were to use one, that's the one I would recommend.

A "no women work here" reply has been given many times. Only for the sake of members who might not know that is it hereby given again.

I don't know that I'd want my style consultant pushing me into spectators and such. If one wants that look, I'd suggest going whole hog and learning from the French Alan Flusser, Marc Guyot. His spectators are crocodile and antelope.

Sry, was unfamiliar with the mensimageconsultant canon. Do you ever resent the image consultants who might not know as much but who get lots and lots of business because they are cute young women?

Frankly, I am ashamed for the forum that you had to give this reply. If Hilary's 18,000,000 cracks in the glass ceiling meant anything, it meant that woman are free to work in any field they wish, including men's image consulting. RJman should know better.

Some replies are tiresome. Probably any look, even as depicted by George Clooney, will have its critics. That some regulars on Style Forum enjoy deriding a look that would be acceptable to most men indicates that it's pushing an out-of-the-ordinary look, which is in itself a reason for many a guy not to rely on SF feedback. Some paid sources push a look, but the business is not pushing any look.

Are you implying it is out of line to simply post one of the pictures you use on your website? What replies are you referring to here?

Yes, as a matter of fact it is. That probably falls into a copyright gray area.

Your fundamental operating principle is so at odds with the purpose of this forum, I wonder why you like coming here at all. If I wanted to dress in a way "acceptable to most men," I'd flip through some JC Penney catalogues--or read Cruiser's posts on AAAC.

Which copyright? Aren't all the pictures on your website from the 99 cents special bin at the clipart store?

The forum has changed. And "acceptable to most men" wasn't meant as the purpose of the business. The purpose, as it should be with any paid consulting (style-related or not), is to help a client meet his particular needs.

Do you have any case studies or testimonials? I'm curious.
