Hi

I'm 6'1 and 190 lbs and wear size Large on most of my clothes. I'm going to order some Classic fit polos and some Merino Wool Crewneck but i don't know if i should order Large or Tall Large. I wear size 4 on my Lacoste Polo and it fits great but the sleeves are a tad too small. I also wear Large on my Lyle & Scott sweaters like this one and it fits great.
The main concerns i have with Large is that its maybe too short on the sleeves and on length. The length needs too be around 27 inches starting from the collar and the sleeve needs to be around 20.5 inches starting from the armpit.

it would e great if someone could post their measurements on the same polos and sweaters that I'm looking to buy

Can someone tell me how long the Classic Crew 3-Pack t-shirts are? my other t-shirts are around 28 inches and they fit perfect

Thanks in advance!

dude, if you wear size 4 in lacoste polos, then Large classic fit polos are going to fit terribly.

For comparison, I'm 6'3", 190-195. I have long arms, but my problem with buying "tall" stuff is that I find the torsos incredibly long- it's hard for me to wear a tall dress shirt without tucking it in.

All of my polos are regular sized and I don't really notice the sleeve problem, but back to your original question: I just measured the sleeve on my custom fit polo (not classic) and the sleeve is about 8". I don't have any classic fits, as they fit terribly on my frame.

What do you exactly mean when you say that they are going to fit terrible? is it going to be to short on the length? is it going to be to loose on the chest?

i want it to fit like this

He means (or at least this would be my thought) that a large polo would be a lot bigger than a size 4 lacoste
