I have two business casual events in the next 2 days (both school related).
The first one, today, is a mock interview for my co-op job class and tomorrows is a presentation in our engineering design class.
I don't have too much at my disposal (living in a tiny room in a tiny apartment with 5 other guys doesn't offer much for storing clothes). I've got a brown collared shirt, hounds tooth white dress shirt , my midnight blue suit, black loafers, white and green driving shoes, a pair of jeans that I could pull off business casual with, and 2 ties (of similar style).
The biggest problem has been defining business casual. Some instructors won't accept jeans, while others feel they're fine as long as the shirt is tucked in.
I'm really at a loss for the best combo that won't seem pretentious in the situations (but I do want to look dashing).
