I'm enjoying this, but I think something about your photography leaves me worrying these coats are awfully short, esp. the first top-down shot. The others don't seem to show your seat nor long too long from the side.

I like your selection of cloth. I'm curious whether a discussion took place between you and the tailor about the length of the jackets. As mentioned above, they look short. Perhaps there's a reason for this--a short torso, possibly?

Thanks for sharing those. Great cloth, but have to echo the question about length.

I realized again that I am lacking a grey herringbone sports coat.

Nice progression on the jackets. The fit is coming along very nicely. The jackets don't seem too short to me, but then I prefer a shorter length jacket.

Thanks for posting these pics.

I think they all look fine apart from the length judging from these pictures, difficult to tell without a full figure profile. But it could be in accordance with the house style of your tailor, and I think I have seen more fashion forward brands do shorter jackets. My own preference would be a longer jacket. But its all in the proportions.

EDIT: Looking at the pictures again I cant help feeling the proportions are a bit foreshortened? The ticket pocket on the green one is at your ribs ...
Do you have finished jackets from this tailor?

The OP would appear to have a shortish and somewhat barrel-chested torso, which would account for the proportions of the jackets--they're his proportions.

Andrew Rogers, there's something wrong with your avatar.
