Hi all.

Men's Flair had an article on flat caps. Frankly I would like one. Can't stand the cold, and even though we have a serious drought in Atlanta, we will surely get rain soon.


Anyway, what are your thoughts on flat caps? Anyone know where I could pick up a corduroy cap?

Speaking of Atlanta, are there any tailors in Atlanta worth checking out? I have an appointment with Noble House when they drop by, but would prefer something closer so I need not wait.

Everyone here says Mario Bosco is the best (Piedmont @ Pharr). I have only used him for alterations, not to have a garment made. He is very good, very old school Italian. Bit pricey though.

I hear good things about the tailor at Sid Mashburn (Howell Mill, same complex as Bacchanalia). I have not used him, but I am sure he is excellent because Sid's is the best store in the city.

There's at least one thread on the forum on the topic of Atlanta tailors. Some of the longer-standing members gave recommendations.
