Yep, that's me with my Ellsworth. Pic was taken on top of Mount Wachussetts in May 2007 after the second run from base to summit.

Portly? Yay!

Darted and body hugging:

Undarted and loose:

I get a DEXA done every four months...12% last month...if I cycle spring into the summer, it gets in the 9% to 11% range. I get a bit fatter in January and February, when I eat to pack mass on in the weight room.

Every year it gets harder, though...it would be so easy to give up...

Do you have workout and diet advice for me?

"Hi, Grimslade!"

Here's some more shaved legs action.

This was taken a few months later, in July 2007, hiking the Verde River in Sedona. In a hard cycling spring, which this was, I might lose almost ten pounds of fat and lean mass from May to July.

Cyclists will know what I'm talking about.

Here's a pic of the fattest I've ever been...this past July:

Too busy with work to cycle much...and later, made the ignominious conversion to...ugh...running.

Judging by how many photos you posted to proove your fitness, this really touched you, didn't it?

I never really thought about your age... though I probably thought something like 40-50, just not as fit as you are.

Workout advice? I'm 21 and all I`m doing atm is drinking beer and eating **** and staying just as bony and lean as I ever was.
Yeah, don't mention it, that`s gonna change...

Now you're going to make a grown man cry...

I'm luck that I enjoy things that are strenuous...I only wish that I had more time for them.

To make you feel a little better

Though you may envy my eating habits, you can't imagine how green I turn when I see your shoe collection. I actually have one pair of suede chukkas I really like, that's it.

Vox, are you part Asian? That might explain the lack of chest hair and small feet. Just curious.
