I'm not sure what it ^ is, but it's not the '70s. You don't have to like the music (or the hair) to appreciate the style.

Maybe LabelKing will appreciate this one more. The Flying Burrito Brothers. This one is cheating a bit (1969). Suits by Nudie's (who of course also did some of Elvis's suits). No relation to Nudie jeans.
