Any suggestions on a Johnston & Murphy alternatives to the panel toes with a similar overall shape?

the boots you linked to seem to be the obvious choice, unless you mind their being boots. otherwise, I'd go for those.

I do like the boot, but I am also looking for a shoe. Perhaps I'll pickup the boot and save the money for another shoe (AEs, etc.). I appreciate the feedback. I felt the first was the better choice which is why I placed it first. Are you guys against panel toe shoes in general?
