When I see spam I usually click the "!" and report it- is that the best method?
Do you know if the Appreciation spam is a bot or human? Based on my experiences modding some other communities, the word "Appreciation" in some threads like "shoe Appreciation" might be a magnet for some spiders/bots.
Just a thought.
