In general, JT seems to be one of the better-dressed celebrities (or, rather, to have one of the best personal stylists)... but I think his dresser must have taken the day off. And, I think JT got dressed in the dark.
I don't get this outfit at all and, even beyond the goofy cuffs, the tone-on-tone pirate scarf/tie... the black lines on the lapel of that jacket are just distracting.
A few seasons back LV did a cream jacket with black outlines that was subtle and quite well done; this one with JT lacks any and all subtlety and just looks corny and costumish.
