What about the Tancredi, Tazio or the Mattia? Anyone know anything about these models?

A=abito=suit
G=giacca=jacket

Similarly, in Kiton UA=uomo abito=mens suit

No idea on the models.

Isaia used carry the models (Tancredi, Tazio) years ago but has been discontinued. I never heard of Mattia though.

The Enrico model fit me perfectly. Figures they'd discontinue that one.

Resurrection time!

So if a jacket is labeled as "Base S" does that mean it was a part of a suit? That's neither A or G. I would've thought "S" meant "Suit", but then again, that would have to be a "J" to correspond with that, right?

2 most popular Isaia models now are Base S and Base V....... actually most dept. stores only sell Base S, as Base V is too slim for most Americans.

I also have a blazer in the "Dustin" model - zero shoulder padding and very slim fit off the rack.

Maybe I'm completely missing something when I read the posts, but has anyone been able to clarify if Base S mean it was part of a suit or not?

No. recent Isaia suits/jackets no longer use names as their model names. The most popular model now is "Base S", less popular is "Base V", they apply to both suits and jackets. If you see anything that still has names as their model name such as "Stewart", "Vincent" or "Scott", they are at least 3 or 4 years old.

I thought I had a Stewart but it turns out it's a Scott. The Scott is 31.5", the Base V is 31". The Base V has a higher buttoning stance and a trimmer fit than the Scott.
