Looks very nice indeed. If the measurements work for someone, could be a great steal!

I really need to get a summery glen plaid at some point. If only I could get one at that sort of price!

In my experience, Caruso suits are cut quite slim through the shoulders of the jacket, and then through the waist, seat and thighs of the trousers. I have a 54R that I would say is a true 54R in the chest albeit with quite slim shoulders - which I love - but the trousers are actually a bit tight for me.

The benefit of exposure in this thread, probably!

I dread seeing items I'm chasing pop up either in here or the accompanying desiderata thread.

very sad
I received a call saying that they were not sending the suit, as before shipping they noted that it was damaged (tear in the sleeve)
while I'm disappointed to not get a great deal on a caruso suit, I'm relieved to not have to deal with the hassle of a return and the worry that I'd be accused of doing the damage (might be a sign of a quality net-based operation that they examine the pieces before shipping)

That store (L'uomo Vogue) is a store here in Michigan (Bloomfield). I have stopped by there a few times. They carry a ton of labels (too much I think) and a wide range of styles. Its hard to find anything unless you know exactly what you want. Plus besides their web site, i have never seen anything there on sale. They sell everything full retail.

Dark buttons, smooth cloth. Easy to imagine it with matching trou. Lacks distinctive details that signal it's an odd jacket. The fact that it's a 3 button adds to the effect, though some blazers have three buttons.
