So I'm looking for a rockstar blazer/sportcoat/jacket to wear over blank or graphic ts. It cant be thrift (I'm a weird size) or too expensive (<$100).

Any ideas?

I could imagine Guess, DKNY Jeans, Marc Ecko Cut & Sew and Kenneth Cole NY will have something you are looking for in your budget.

^^ My guess is those blazers with designs, stitches and swarovsky crystals in the back or all over the jacket.

Those "rockstar blazers" are the ugliest, tackiest things.

I'm going to optimistically believe that the OP is searching instead for something new wave/punk rock influenced i.e. something with slim lapels and a slim fit, in which case I would direct him to look for Paul Smith on sale or check out this forum's own Thick as Thieves.

^^ It's possible but everytime I think of "rockstar" blazers, I always imagines it being studded.

Also, even on deep discount, it might be very difficult to find a PS blazer for less than $100.

^They do pop up on ebay for around $100, but you are right, it would be difficult to find one for cheap.

Still, a slim pinstripe PS is the first thing that comes to mind when I think fashionable rockstar jacket.

100$, no thrift. Go to H&M and get a black slim blazer. Aside from that I have no idea. I think (hope) he's referring to the now ubiquitous DH look.

well he is wearing it over a graphic tee, so i would bet it is one of those hideous blazers.

I only wear plain white now but some graphic tees are nice, especially those by Japanese brands like Hysteric glamour, Lad Musician and similar. I even like (and wore) a bunch of threadless tees.

Eh...sorry for my ambiguity. I didn't mean anything tacky or gaudy. I used the phrase rockstar to distinguish it from a blazer that would go with a more dressy look. I'm thinking blazer like Keith Richards or The Strokes.

I really think thrifting is the best option here. I don't understand your problems with size, most thrift stores will have sportcoats by chest size instead of S, M, L, XL like you would find at H&M. Plus, $100 sportcoats are horrible.
