last night ran 15 miles in 1:37.

I can see how people would think the garmins are a little absurd, and i was hesitant to get one because i didn't know if i really needed it or would like it. But I loved it the first time i used it and now i couldn't imagine not having one. I try not to rely on it and look at it to often while im running, but its nice to have the instant feedback, and it can be helpful for developing a better sense of pace and distance.

About a mile. Soccer game tomorrow though, where I'm sure I'll do a disgusting amount of running.

Treadmill 2 miles, then 30 minutes of upper body supersets, then one more mile.

After several years of running I've recently noticed that the thighs in my slimmer-fitting pants are starting to feel pretty constricted.

4 miles in 31:04. Felt okay, a little surprised to be alert and functional after the hellish weekend of heat and work. Felt good, in fact.
