Paul Stuart's e-commerce experience has been a royal trainwreck for years now, so I'm not surprised. I've had orders go completely missing and unaccounted for, gift cards unredeemed at checkout (even after calling customer service), etc. It reminds me of the Brooks Brothers online experience from about 3 or 4 years ago, before it improved significantly.
