I bought some Gap selvedge jeans at a local clothing exchange. Don't know much about them other than it says "Authentic Japanese Denim" on the waist, 1969 on the leather label, appear to be raw (a little blue comes off when I rub them hard enough), has a selvedge coin pocket and has a blue selvedge line. Can anyone ID them?

Looks decent for $15 though

gap came out with some raw denim last year. they were called "gap goughs". those sound similar.

^^ Those aren't the Gough, which come with plain white patch. I think they're the ones sold a bit afterwards.

Don't know about those, but the Gough are quite nice.

Just got this 59/50 from HUF today. Not only did they keep me waiting for two weeks, but the hat is defective. You can kind of see especially in the second picture, the slant in the top. I'm so done with this intentional scarcity/treat me like a hypebeast/Supreme BS. Screw these guys, the return will arrive on Monday.

I have them, posted pictures about a year ago in the Pictures of Denim thread. They're nice enough for me, as my other pair of jeans are Uniqlos from last Fall, which are now faded a bit much. I've never understood why the selvedge is floppy and wider than on nicer jeans.

Got this stuff in the mail today based on Corter's recommendation, and it's awesome. Gave my new wallet and belt a really soft feel. Also fun to apply with bare hands, had never done that before. Get it!

Baron, that's nice. I like that there's no distressing and also that the detailing is that of a normal shirt and not a western shirt. If there was a small available I'd consider getting it. Is it selvage?

So I'm thinking about buying a Stetson hat on Zappos. I need a good hat because my haircut is a short buzzcut, and I don't like going out in the sun without some kind of cover.

They range from around 70 to 180 bucks and more. Worth it? Anybody else into Stetsons or hats in general? I'm looking at the Weekender perhaps. I'll try to post some image links.
