1. They can be found in Brooks Bros., J. Press, Paul Stuart, and Joseph Banks. Generally, classic clothiers stock them RTW. Any MTM manufacturer will make them, such as Brooks, Oxxford, LS Mens Clothes, Mr. Ned, St. Laurie, etc.
2. Generally, all USA retailers are not selling overcoats until Labor Day. However, if you ask, a retailer might have one in storage off the main selling floor. The retailer might be very happy to make a "deal", such as 33-50% off in order to move an odd coat in the off season.
