Back to food.

Today's lunch was smoked salmon salad with greens and tomato in a whole wheat wrap, a perfect Macoun apple, water, coffee and a bite of Cluizel chocolate.

Lunch today: leftover. Grilled marinated chicken, slaw, and steamed rice. I'm so healthy I could jump.

Roast beef and cheddar grilled on sourdough bread (had one and a half sandwiches).
Side of fries, apple cider and water for the beverage(s).

I don't know what got into me today, but I was starving.

Lunch round one (11:30 AM):
Turkey, lettuce, tomato, cheddar, olive oil on wheat hard roll
Baked potato
One or two chicken tenders
Bowl of chocolate pudding

Lunch round two (2:30 PM):
Chicken tenders, lowfat American cheese and BBQ sauce on a wheat sub roll. Soooooo good.
French fries
M&M/chocolate chip cookies

And I'm still skinnier than kwilkinson.

Only b/c of that lowfat American cheese.

Conne--- are you the kinda guy who goes to McDonald's and orders a BigMac meal upsized to Large, 2 apple pies, a fruit & yogurt parfait, and then a diet coke, thinking that somehow the diet soft drink absolves you of all the other sins in that meal?
And btw, don't worry, at the rate you're going, you'll be lookin like me in no more than 6 months time. I mean JESUS, compare a picture of you now to one of a year ago. You're a fat slob.

As Andy Bernard would say: You may have won this battle, but I will win... the next battle.
