"Stakeholders," "buy-in," "lean," and "event," are annoying me right now (especially when used improperly).

The recent proliferation of "czar." Economy czar, war czar, whatever. Really gets my goat.

Altitude metaphors for imprecision, i.e., "Give me the 30,000 foot view."

I also hate "on the one hand," and hybrid names.

Other things that annoy me that I would not classify as buzz-words: The use of contractions, and the verb 'to be,' in formal writing.

OK, how the hell do you avoid "to be" in formal writing? Or in any kind of writing?

Multicultural, diversity or any variation of that concept. This is especially tedious when it's associated with sub-par events that has mediocre inauthentic "ethnic" food, especially those held on the streets.
"Minority" Pride.

I say paradigm, but it's ok, I'm taking it back. Kuhn got my back, homes.

Someone I knew in high school had a teacher who did this to him. I don't know how this **** got started.

You can make it work. I adopted the practice because a professor I had my freshman year in college would fail students for using 'is' and 'are' in our essays. Not that I did not disagree at first, but I ended up seeing a huge difference between how I originally wrote, and how I wrote after.

eh.
