2 questions.

Anyone ever hear of this "White Cashmere", and is it truly a rare premium cashmere?

Second, the listing ended early due to the often stated "The seller ended this listing early because of an error in the listing."

This often means that the seller sold the item to someone that emailed him (outside of Ebay). Do you think that happened here?

I bought this exact jacket at NMLC through what I'm sure was a pricing error.. it's got 10% goat hair to give the cashmere a "rough" hand.. it's fabulous.. whoever picked it up should be happy!

I'm selling a 'customized' [MTM] H-F coat right now from 1960 with the same label. The make date is on the inner label of mine.

For confirmation, one might email the seller.

The May Co has been out of business for many years.

The narrow lapel plus tapered leg also suggest a 60s make.

Could be a cool suit but opening bid is not realistic.

So it just sold for $435 (link). Amazing.
