I don't understand the cyberbullying that is going on here against a good company. I have a dozen pairs of ZB and have never had any issues. I don't get discounts, except the 15% they offered everyone last month, and pay them full price. They are small business and comparing their quality and pricing to St Crispin, I stand by my statement they are a great value. I am transparent on what I pay and that I have way too many boots.So in your mind, positive feedback means all is good but negative feedback means that I have ulterior motives ...

The way it sounded between the lines, you approached ZB to get discounts because you can influence with your reviews. You finally purchased a discount pair, had a concern about the shoe wax and wanted more discounts instead of fixing it. It wasn't that ZB wouldn't help. So yeah, I think you had ulterior motives. Now everyone seems to be in ZB bashing mode when, IMO, ZB is the victim here. I've had shoes from Japan arrive cloudy and needed to work them. Most turn out fine, a few had interesting depth to the polish. But I keep all my boots and shoes, I don't sell them.
