Zegna shoe sizing

For those with experience, how does the sizing run on the Napoli shoes with the groups of three brass nails and dyed soles? Marked size vs. US size? Do they run narrow, medium or wide?

On a number 4 A-E last, I am a perfect 8.5 E
My Zegna shoes are 7 EE for a perfect fit.
