So I bought this Zegna reversible belt, but I'm not exactly sure how to reverse it

Anyone care to explain, if you have this belt too and know how to use it? See link: http://store.zegna.com/ERMENEGILDO_Z...d10/46199687VN Your help will be greatly appreciated, since Zegna's customer care ignores any email messages. Added link to more pictures of the back side of the buckle. I have had belts with pull out and twist but this one doesn't seem to budge. and the buckle is not finished the same, since only the front has 'Ermenegildo Zegna' on it. That photo doesn't really help as the belt loops around covers its own buckle attachment.

In other reversible belts you pull the buckle out, twist, and let it 'slot' back in.

Are the loops sewn onto one side or the other? is the buckle finished the same on both sides? Some dress belts tuck the overlap behind the buckle instead of in front, so maybe you are just supposed to flip it over...?

Need more pics.

think office boy nailed it, that bit in the middle looks like a "cam" buckle flip it and it should open up.

Well the only reversible belt I've had like that it was also a

to open, but it did. (I think I ripped a nail too). Bad thing was I could never get it tight enough again and subsequently the belt would come apart at that point. But it was a cheap emergency belt I had to pickup while out of town.

On the plus side, reversible belts w/ the spring loaded pivot don't fit that nicely. The hole you want to use is the one that stretches the adjuster open.

As an update, Zegna's customer service finally replied and here is what they said: Thank you for contacting Zegna Intouch. There should be a hinged piece that pops up at the base of the buckle(in the center of the base where the buckle slides on the leather) that allows you to twist and turn the piece. Please let me know should you require any further or additional assistance. Thank you for your interest in Ermenegildo Zegna and we look forward to your continued patronage. Best regards, Lisa Sabetta Zegna Intouch Guess I need superhuman finger strength to pull the hinge up anyway
